By using Chiacrafts.com, contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Handmade product nature

Chiacrafts products are handmade pipe cleaner flowers and custom designs. Small differences in size, color tone, shape, arrangement and finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character.

3. Custom orders

For custom designs, customers should clearly share flower type, color preference, quantity, size, occasion, name text, message card details and delivery timeline. Once customization work begins, changes may not always be possible.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices may vary depending on product type, design complexity, quantity, materials, packaging and shipping location. Orders may require advance payment or full payment before dispatch, based on the order type.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started or materials have been prepared.

6. Returns and replacements

Because most items are handmade and customized, returns may not be accepted unless the product is damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order. Any issue must be reported with photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Website content

All logos, text, product visuals, catalogue layouts and website design elements are owned by or prepared for Chiacrafts.com. They should not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Chiacrafts.com will try to provide accurate product information and careful service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect customer details, natural events or circumstances beyond our control.
