Most Chiacrafts products are handmade or customized after order confirmation. Processing time may vary based on flower type, quantity, design complexity, color availability and seasonal demand.

2. Estimated dispatch

• Small flower items or magnets: usually 2–5 working days after confirmation.
• Mini bouquets and standard bouquets: usually 4–8 working days.
• Bridal, personalized, bulk or highly customized orders: timeline will be confirmed before production.

3. Delivery

Delivery time depends on the shipping destination and courier partner. Customers will be informed of available shipping options, estimated timelines and charges before or during order confirmation.

4. Packaging

We aim to pack handmade flower designs carefully to reduce movement and damage during transit. Some minor reshaping may be required after unboxing because pipe cleaner flowers are soft and handmade.

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges may vary based on order size, weight, destination, urgency and courier availability. Any applicable shipping fee will be shared before confirming the order.

6. Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, address, landmark and pin code. Delay or failed delivery due to incorrect details may require additional shipping charges.

7. Damage during transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with unboxing photos or video within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and guide you on the next steps.
